Gov Active Lives Survey

Is anyone else feeling a tad harassed by .Gov and their Active Lives Survey.
It seems to me this type of survey is totally flawed and maybe that is why they seem to be escalating the pressure, but there are reasons why I for one will not be participating, not even for their £5 bribe.
First of all they include a QRCode and Numeric codes for first and second occupant, this means one cannot participate and maintain one's privacy. So this deprives anyone who does not like the data abuse that goes on (perfectly legit Sir it is all in the small print that is so long it makes you lose the will to live) and would participate.
I shredded the first one in November, then another arrived and met the same fate, today I got another that was huge waste of public money, it was the size of a benefits form.
It would be nice if disabled people could let them know that such forms about activity can remind us of our limitations and this leads to depression.
What rubs salt in the wound is that this is a joint venture by Sport England and the Office for Health Improvement AND DISPARITY and being run by IPSOS.
Disparity, don't get me started.
So thank you TIm Hollingsworth (CEO of Sport England), your survey cannot be statistically significant when it does not allow people to remain private and when it excludes disabled people.

I filled in the questionnaire. I received an email confirming my £5 voucher. I am now ready to claim it - well within the the expiry date - but unfortunately I am unable to contact them because no matter what I click on, a page comes up telling me I am blocked. I wont be filling in any more of their surveys that's for sure.0
