Switchbot UK refusing to allow me to send an item back

I'm within my 14 days. I bought a K10+ robot where the mopping function just isn't fit for purpose given it doesn't exactly "mop"
They have a UK website, but I don't see a UK address where I could then forcibly take them to small claims for failing to meet their legal obligations in the UK.
Is there a way I could basically force them to allow me to send the item back for a full refund given I'm within my 14 days?

What is the website - having a 'UK' website means nothing.3

It looks like they are an american company so your consumer rights would lie there.. I suspect not looking at their terms

Switchbot "UK" just means the US prices are put in £ and not $. This is an American company so you are dealing with American consumer rights and not UK ones.waqasahmed said:I'm within my 14 days. If you click on "contact us" it gives a US phone number and an address in the USA. If you find a website and can't find a UK address and phone number then it's unlikely to be a UK company.
It would appear their policy is to replace rather than refund. Might be worth giving them a ring about a replacement if you feel it is faulty.
Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)1 -
I'm confused by the title of the thread and by your opening post.waqasahmed said:I'm within my 14 days. I bought a K10+ robot where the mopping function just isn't fit for purpose given it doesn't exactly "mop"

You say in the title that they are "refusing to allow you to [return]" the item, but your post implies that you haven't been able to contact them to even ask if you can return it.
Which is it?2 -
I managed to contact them via support but I don't have a UK address but as someone says they're American, not from the UKOkell said:

Tbh looking at their trust pilot reviews, I reckon I'll go through PayPal and see what they say given that numerous people have issues with Switchbot failing to honour their warranty because "You opened the box"0 -
I've since been able to get a refund via PayPal. Next time IF I am to buy anything from them, then I'll go with a UK distributor. I wouldn't go direct with themOkell said:
