Packlink Woes

I have had three Packlink transactions appear on my PayPal account today for £3.18 each.

When I use the Packlink website, it tells me the invoice number I am inputting is incorrect, I haven't sold anything on eBay this week, nor have I had any excess weight charges from other parcels.

When I try and raise a claim with PayPal it asks me to give a screenshot of how I contacted Packlink, which I can't do as the contact e-mail is 'noreply@packlink.com and their live chat option isn't appearing. 

Any advice on moving forward would be greatly appreciated!
