Hi, I emailed my defence to CCBCAQ@Justice.gov.uk yesterday @13.48 but did not recieve an acknowledgement, so I forwarded my defence again to the same email address @13.17 today using all lower case, incase that makes a difference... but have still not had an acknowledgement back. I've checked my spam folder and also been on the MCOL site to see if it's been added on there but nothing there apart from my original claim. Would you suggest I give CCBC a call or resubmit another email in the morning?0

This happens too often, maybe you should also send a complaint (using the same gmail account so it gets through) that CNBC are failing or refusing to accept emails from whatever@something.com (whatever your failed attempt used), then maybe they will do something about it!Annoyedcol said:Sent to a gmail account and now have an automated response.
