Octopus Billing Question

Firstly apologies if this has been asked before.
In quite a strange position as since joining octopus early this year we haven't had a bill to pay. Reason being bit of a mess up at the start and a goodwill gesture added, we cam across with a referral and since then we have referred a few people and to be honest tracker has been so cheap it was all covered.
So come this months billing which does it's stuff around the 7th December we actually have a debit.
I was expecting it to take our whole month variable direct debit on the 15th but strangely it says we are on a payment holiday.
Happy to message Octopus just didn't know if anyone had come across this before.
