Hi
if you get a fine from the above (NPC) it was for a hospital
the car stopped for 31 seconds as per cctv footage
1- have appealed to the hospital but got no recognition email from them
2- what happens if they don’t respond within 14 is the full 100% payable?

What about an update on your previous thread that you left hanging? If you don't tell us if our advice worked, how can we confidently advise others? Will we get eventually feedback on this current thread of yours, or not? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

You were told on your last thread which you left incomplete that these are not "fines" the process will follow like they all do they are all basically the same scam. But you need to give more info and follow up if you want more help, stopping for 31 seconds is a ridiculous claim!1

Dropping off/picking up is not parking as determined by the persuasive appeal case of Jopson v Homeguard.
Plan A is a complaint from the registered keeper to PALS and the head of the hospital trust/CEO, and the keeper's MP. Go as high up the food chain as possible.
Plan B is to appeal as you are already aware, using the template in blue text from the NEWBIES.
Get photos of the site and signage, but note that since NPC are IAS members, there is no second stage appeal process.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks3 -
Ok went back over the fine and it states
”reason for issue - No Parking or waiting at anytime”
is this the same or no?0 -
It is not a fine. You should know and understand this by now. Please do not give these speculative invoices a shred of legitimacy by using the F word.
As for the reason given, the driver was neither parked nor waiting. They were dropping off which has already been determined in a court of law that it is not parking or waiting.I married my cousin. Come back if they try a small claim within 6 years and of course you must tell them to erase the old address if you move house in that time.
But there's no appeal worth a consumer trying. IPC Firms are best ignored these days. There is no POPLA, if this is an IPC AOS firm.
IMHO, their Trade Body provides no fair or independent appeal service that consumer reviews and their own - now unavailable - archive Annual Reports suggest is worth trying.
Their bad. Let them dig their holes.
They seem very good at it, from my perspective. Ignore IPC AOS parking firms.
DO NOT PAY PCNs FROM IPC AOS FIRMS.
