Disability

I've heard adults on disability can get free laptops and mobiles phone packages due to financial hardship. Yet not able to find any place except for some discounted places, but still unaffordable. Have tried the council but they say it's a discretionary fund and reject the application.

I’m fairly sure that this has been asked before, and where there have been places they’ve been local rather than national. Hence your council’s discretionary fund.

have a look and see if there’s anything relevant to you on here.

All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

Where did you hear this? Not something I've heard of as an adult with a disability.

However there are funds for disabled students. You have posted in the student board so assume you are?

Many good organisations there. The website doesn’t work properly on a mobile phone - could you go to a nearby library to do the research and application? The staff might be able to help you too if you wanted.
