I had this letter sent to "The homeowner new agreement electricity on the land" from PCC low voltage. Apparently I have low voltage equipment on my land and apparently there was an wayleave agreement previously that has expired and I have to fill out a new agreement. Apparently I get paid £10 a year for the next 15 years. I've read that these are third party companies that work on behalf of your energy company collect their commission like all correspondence I'm suspicious about what I'm signing up for and what sort of "equipment" could be installed on my property and I know these companies are earning good commission from the energy company for doing this.
