30 free hours, which field on self assessment and working out for current tax year

Hi,
So as per the government website people aren't eligible if they earn over 100k adjusted net income.
Last year income came in a little over but income on which tax due was a little under. Which of these fields is the adjusted net income if any?
My income is somewhat bonus based which would be in Jan/Feb and although nominally earning a bit more than last year I'm putting quite a bit more info my pension.
Working out whether to apply for 30 hours and the critical word seems to be "expected". What is the correct way to work out expected? Payslip income so far this year and extrapolate? It's probably a bit complicated?
Any thoughts much appreciated.
Thanks.

Phoned the childcare helpline. They said to go based on payslips. I have a little other income bit not enough to make a material difference so will go with that advice.0
