Heat networks discount
I am wondering what experience anyone whose heat is supplied by a heat network has had in receiving discounts under the EBRS and EBDS,
I live in a block of flats with communal heating. We haven't received any information or discount as yet from the freeholders. They do have some excuse, in that they have agreed that there have been major problems in the system for which they will compensate us. So we can wait for information about the discounts until that matter is settled. But, knowing the way our freeholders work, it's quite likely they have forgotten all about this and I will need to remind them.
