Bailiff letter

I have just received a letter from a bailiff company regarding enforcing a PCN from 22/12/2022. This is the first I have heard about the PCN, my address is up to date with the council who have issued it, as are my car details so cannot understand how I have not heard about this before. 

I am panicking at the thought of bailiffs turning up before Christmas,  what do I do? I'd have paid the original fine if I'd known about it but for it now to be just under £200 it seems incredibly.unifair and excessive! 

Any advice welcomed!

Are you sure it's from the council and not some parking company?

Looks genuine. Was the reason for not getting the PCN because you forgot to update your V5C address, so the DVLA gave the Council the old address?

Are you SURE the V5C is correct?

Ask on pepipoo forum if you can get the case reset by applying to the TEC.
