British Gas - meter reading all mixed up after migration and bill wrong as result

Hi,
BG completely messed up the migration of my electricity account.
The readings they're using to create my bill are all over the place.
The readings in the green box are correct. The reading they used for 8 November is an actual reading for 1 July.
I have no idea why there are two different reading for 8 November or why they're completely different. And the estimated (no idea why they estimated this as there's also an actual reading from the same day) reading they made for 17 November is lower that the reading they used for 8 November so no idea where that came from...
Any idea how to deal with this? I tried chatting with them online but the agent didn't see anything wrong with this...They now expect me to pay my November bill based on the readings of 15689 (this is a reading from July) and 15936 (this reading is correct).
I also added a few older reading at the bottom just to show what my normal usage is (I'm a low user).

Have they issued a correction to your previous bill, showing you to have used no electricity at all from July to November?

No, all previous bills are still valid. The old bills were correct (smart readings), I always check the readings just in case (I had issues with meters not sending readings in the past).

In which case you should have a clear case that youve been charged twice for the same energy.
Follow BG's complaints process, it should get resolved, and if no you can take them to the Ombudsman.
