1. Eligibility: The contest (the “Contest”) is open only to those who sign up on the 12 Hays of Christmas contest page and who are 18 years of age as of the date of entry. The contest is only open to legal residents of the United Kingdom and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Hays Travel Limited their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the contest. The contest is subject to all applicable UK laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. 

 
2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Hays Travel Limited, as final and binding as it relates to the content. The contest is subject to all applicable UK laws. 

 
3. Contest Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on 11th December 2023 and ending 22nd December 2023. All online entries must be received by 22nd December 2023 23:59.  

A winner will be selected at random each day. Only one entry required to enter for all prizes from that point forward. 

4. How to Enter: The contest must be entered by completing the form at https://www.haystravel.co.uk/12HaysofChristmas. The entry must fulfil all contest requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Hays Travel Limited. You may enter only once and you must fill in the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Hays Travel Limited.
