Hi,

I have been trying to setup a S&S ISA for my kids but there was an issue on the platform. I logged a complaint on live chat and then on the phone to no avail. Is there an email address I can use to get this issue resolved?

Normally the customer service is OK. If you are having problems and nothing has been set up yet, just start the JISA with HL who also have no fees.

I found that they accepted my formal complaint sent by secure message and acted on it fairly promptly.
