Can any please advise or point me in the right direction to source a new boiler for my elderly mother who is in receipt of benefits? I have heard there is a scheme that will help however, I am struggling to locate any details of it. Thank you in advance

And which benefits?
She needs to start off with her local council or energy supplier to see which (if any) schemes they are taking part in. https://www.gov.uk/energy-company-obligation
