I have a Bank of Ireland (UK) credit card and noticed a transaction on it for Supercard to the value of £69.99 that I did not recognise.  I phoned BOI passed their security, they looked at the transaction and told me I had to phone another number for their fraud department.
This turned out to be JaJa finance who BOI now use, After 20mins between answering questions and being on hold I was told I had failed their security and they would send me out a form to be filled in and returned with ID until they look at it. I now can't use the CC until this is resolved.
Is this normal? This was a week ago and I have not received the form.

Sorry for the long post!
Dave
