Currys Digital- Useless customer service!!

You can give as good a service as you possibly can in your store, but it doesn't mean the same can be said for the rest of the stores.
I like to think I give good, fair customer service, but can't guarantee that customers will get the same level of service when I have a day off or they shop in a different store.
But, going back to my original point.... there is no point in commenting on a post that is over a year old where the need for advice or explanations is no longer there.0 -

In this time of economic gloom we should be focusing on helping the high street survive, not push it further down
This post stinks of bovine faeces... stop posting. The size of a glory hole in an open pit should not be greater than the cross-section of the haul trucks that dump into it. Otherwise, you are bound to lose a truck, sooner or later. Source: Sergio Cha

Never get currys to install anything. The guy they sent to install my electric cooker couldnt do it because he wasent qualified, then why send him! Not that it was a bad think cos I got a private electritian to come out the next day and he charged me a third of what currys had done. Allegedly they will refund the install charge in store but not confident now after what I've read on here. On top of that the so called tech guys seem to have no more idea about any of the stuff they sell than any of the other monkeys they employ and dont even try to contact currys to complain or get any sort of service because its impossible.

Probably best not dragging a 2007 thread out longer than needs be, but i'll offer some advice.
Getting a refund won't be a issue, Either phone up and get a refund or go into the store, if you go into the store you might have to wait a little while, while they phone to confirm the install didn't go ahead but you'll get a refund.0
