Balance transfer from foreign bank.

Does anyone know if it’s possible to transfer the balance from a foreign credit card(Bank of China) to a 0% uk based one? 

If not is there another way of doing this? Paying it off with cash from a CC? Or is that a terrible idea?

Put some meat on the bones here - yes you apply for a 0% Money transfer card - transfer enough funds to your current account (or whatever Fintech card you have) then do an International payment to clear the Chinese card.
