            Hi, I would like to leave this thread, Because I am not going to be able to overpay mortgage at all this year. I have decided to get Kitchen done on the spur of the moment. Meaning my cash is going to that for the time being, I'll come back another year I am sure, I may have to do smaller O/Ps next year then I would like as I need to save for my car. Thank you.1
