Hello just needing a bit of advise please used this company phillipson hardwick advisory.
I know with out being told I'm a fool for using them I was sent over by a company who did a very good job getting all my ppi back so thought they would be OK with out reading into them.
The problem with them is the have had my tax refund for over 3 months now and with there fees taken off they owe me around £250 Iv given them notice to pay and the have asked for bank details and passport to pay me but still no money you reply from there complaints saying there going to pay but you never get it.
I'm thinking and told them also of going to small claims court does anybody think this is the right path to go down as from reading on the Web the police, action fraud, and tax office do not won't to know.
Any advice on what I should do next would be appreciated.

There are quite a few discussions about this company over on the Reclaim PPI & other insurance part of this site.

You mention ppi. Is there a reason why you have not posted there instead of here in Consumer Rights?
