LVT vs Laminate (Need to access under floorboards)

Thanks all.Any solutions as to which is easier to take up on future if I had an issue? Would LVT be worse due to the screed Or would both be the same in which case I prefer LVT.0

I would not want to try with either, but if I had to, I'd prefer to take my chances with Laminate.
Others may express the opposite choice between the two.
If this is really a concern, then something completely different would be better from the outset.1 -
howzat92 said: Would LVT be worse due to the screedOne does not put screed (or self leveling compound) down on top of a suspended timber floor. The flex & movement in the wood would see the screed breaking up fairly quickly.To level out a wooden floor, sheets of ply are usually put down.
Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –
