Hi all,
My hubby has just completed a 1 year full-time PG Diploma in Law (formerly known as a CPE). To pay for the fees he took out a CDL with Barclays for 8k. As this course was only to last a year, the monthly loan repayments of 213.78 will start in August (APR of loan is 9.2)
He is now going to do a 1 year full time Legal Practice Course with fees of 6.5k
Really we need to find a savvy way of paying these course fees. I'm thinking of a 0 per cent credit card, paying minimum payments then at end of term doing a 0 pc balance transfer.
He has a secured a training contract with a law firm starting july 2006 so he will be able to make loan/c card repayments then.
Any suggestions on the best pay to go about paying for these fees with the minimum of interest?
Any innovative ideas welcome!
