Can anyone advise? Ripped off by SportsDirect.com

Does anyone know what I do about reporting sports direct?
They have mixed up my order and sent me a pair of woman’s La gear leggings instead of 2 kids nike tracksuits 🤯
They are refusing to take responsibility saying my items were scanned, packed together and sent to me so will not refund or send my items which I paid nearly £70 for and received a pair of £15.99 leggings instead 😡.
I have disputed the transaction with my bank and provided them details but I’m not sure how it works or whether they will side with me or sports direct?

So for now I have no tracksuits or money to replace them so that’s my daughters down a Christmas present now.
Is this something trading standards would deal with or is it someone else I should go to as looking at their recent reviews it seems a large number of their orders recently have been wrong or missing items so I think it’s something that needs looking into before more people are ripped off.

Trading Standards aren't going to be interested in what is a warehouse administrative rror. I don't think you need to worry about "reporting" SD either, I think everyone understands their customer service model, but there's a reason they attract plenty of custom. It's not too dissimilar to a certain Irish airline.
Your card provider should sort it out. You've got pretty clear evidence of what you ordered and what's been sent.1 -
