Hi, I have received a final notice letter from UKCPS. Do I ignore this? I have already appealed (TWICE) and it was dismissed (TWICE) with no consideration. I also wrote a letter to them after they increased the fine to £100 with no response and now the fine is at £130 with the final notice letter.

Didn't the guidance offered by other posters on that thread where you posted earlier give you the answers you are looking for?

Ignore UKCPS. Ignore any debt collector letters you might receive. At the time of writing, UKCPS are not known for issuing court proceedings. Come back on this thread if you receive a formal Letter Of/Before Claim from their solicitors, or a court claim from the Northampton CNBC.Sleep easy! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. It is not a fine.
The fourth post of the NEWBIES explains what to do about powerless debt collectors.
How did you get on with Plan A, a complaint to the landowner and your MP?
If you have appealed and is has been rejected, then you go into ignore mode unless you receive a Letter of/before Claim or a court claim.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Thank you everyone! I am taking your advice.
as for the question on plan A, the response for the restaurant I visited is they cannot help.0 -
Perhaps they are not the landowner. If that is the case then you need to go higher up the food chain (pardon the pun).marykkkkkkkk said:Thank you everyone! I am taking your advice.

Advice as per my post yesterday at 7:58pm still holds. Just ride this out. Come back in the highly unlikely event of receiving a LBC or a court claim.marykkkkkkkk said:Hi, the charge is for “leaving site” and it’s at Thorpe Park, parking for Francos/Greggs LeedsPlease note, we are not a legal advice forum.
