What about the others are you in contact with their parents? I don't know how feasible or cost effective it would be to put 4 of them into JISAs assuming they already have one or their parents will open one and just set up a trust purely for the one great grandchild you don't know where they are.

Thank you  for your reply, I am on speaking terms with all the other parents and they probably do have JISA's already.

I am still in contact with all the other parents and they probably have bank accounts already for the children.
