It said from 3rd month.

Can I cancel after 3rd month or after I get my eGift for my life insurance with HSBC?

    It says "within 30 days after..."

    You can cancel, but I wouldn't do this before getting the card. I.e. expect to pay extra £5 in the worst case scenario.
