I've got a Monmouth BS Xmas Saver maturing on 12th December. Does anyone know what happens at maturity ? Do they pay funds automatically into nominated account or do I need to withdraw the balance ?

Did you receive a maturity letter?In the absence of you notifying them what to do, the default option is to convert the regular saver into an easy access saver.1

I'm also missing the maturity letter (and have had upteen accounts with them in the past).
Mine also matures next week1
