very, where do i stand?

so i ordered an item from very for £150 on next day delivery, the item did not arrive next day but have been told the charges for this would be deducted, when the item came it was the wrong colour. i contacted very who said i would need to return the item before they send out a new one or issue me a refund. so i arranged a collection the following day, waited till around 11am and had heard nothing. contacted very and the advisor told me to keep waiting until i hear something, phoned an hour later and a different advisor told me a return had not been booked and there had been an error. so a collection was booked for the following day, waited in untill 7PM after having confirmation from the courier that they would be collecting. no show. arranged for another collection and the courier ni showed again. i have now taken 3 days annual leave for this, and they now want me to take a 4th for the same thing to happen again more than likely. where do i stand in complaints and compensation for this?
