Well it looks like they have gone with the scatter gun approach! In respect of the substantive allegation, the first one, does the approval that you have in writing cover all of the absence they say was unauthorised?0

What's your employers published "Annual leave booking procedure" policy ? .0

Were you specifically asked to follow the procedure for booking leave and did you amend the rota as per the accusation? Oh, and by the way, how long have you worked there?0

I was told the person in charge would need to double check with hr or the director but I heard nothing back after that.
