boots photos

merry xmas to all, i have a problem with boots took in a disc with some photos from our holiday to have a picture book made up & the people that boots use for this service (top photo) lost the disc, this was the only copy of these snaps, has any one had any problems like this before, or know what my rights are what can i do.

I would think your compensation will be minimal-but Boots usually give very good customer service.I suggest a letter to head office.0

I find tesco online photo service fab, if you dont want to pay lots it is cheap and photos are fab:D and you get pointsto be updated:;)0

I doubt you'd get much, maybe a "free 20 photos" or something. They almost certainly have a disclaimer about lost property not being their fault, and advising you back up stuff, etc...Amo L'Italia0
