Hi - i hope someone can help. My husband and I are on the deeds of our house - we're currently going through a re mortgage process. Since being married I've used a double barralled surname - i have a passport, drivers licence, pay slips and bank accounts ect all in the double barrelled surname. The deeds on the house don't reflect this - i have filled in the id1 form and it's been verified via a solicitor. I now received another letter from the Land Registry asking for a reason for the change asking to see more evidence - i have nothing. For example - in my day to day life on all other documents i use - Jones-Smith but on the deeds is just Smith. What more can i do?
