How quickly do gilt coupons get paid?

I'm curious as to when gilt coupons get credited to my account. Holding T42 with a redemption date of 7 December with HL. I assume that the coupon gets paid as cash into my HL account soon after 7 Dec and 7 Jun each year? How soon is soon?

What are peoples' experiences of HL or other platforms wrt receipt of coupon payments?

Last coupon payment for two gilts (both with same coupon date), XD was 1 August, issue date was 10 August, cash in account 11 August - so not too long (that's with iweb).

Thanks. Nothing in HL account yet. I'll check again next week.

All comes down to volume of work to be performed internally at HL.  All bank receipts will need to be reconciled to the expected amount due and allocated across accounts correctly.  There'll be many holders of this stock amongst HL's customer base. The one certainty you'll have is that the transaction will correctly dated on your account to tie in with the actual date of receipt.
