UKPC Snow Hill Wakefield Appeal rejection. What now?

I parked in a disabled bay on the 15th Nov and although I had a new Blue Badge sat behind the existing one I had forgotten to swap it over that day.
I received a NTK on the 22nd Nov.
I appealed this on the 28th Nov using the template provided adapting it as best I could to my situation.
I then got a rejection of appeal email on the 4th Dec from UKPC.
I am unsure of what to do next, it seems like a lot of hassle and will probably end up costing me more in the end, should I just pay the £60 and be done with it?

Any help would be most welcome, I am disabled and amongst the many ailments I have the one that causes me most issues when dealing with complicated matters is Cardiac Cerebral Hypoxia (Cardiac Dementia) and the short term memory loss that stems from it. Please be patient I'm slow but steady.

Plan A is always a complaint to the landowner and your MP, and it is never too late to do so.

Did you receive a PoPLA code with your rejection? If so, you should use it. Use all the points available to you from the third post of the NEWBIES and post your draft here before submitting it.

Your appeal should include where relevant, but not be limited to,

Breach of the Equality Act 2010 for failing to anticipate the needs and make reasonable adjustments for a person with disabilities described as protected characteristics by the Act.
    Non-PoFA compliant NTK
    Not the landowner.
No standing to issue charges in their own name.
Inadequate signage, (UKPC signs are always inadequate)
    BPA CoP failures
    Anything else relevant.

Please post a copy of both sides of the NTK. Redact all personal information including name, VRM, and PCN number, but leave the location and all dates showing.

By using this link to Google Streetview, can you show us where precisely the vehicle was parked, or tell us precisely where/outside which shop(s)?

If possible, go back and get photos of the site and signage, especially if as shown on the 2018, and some of the 2023 GSV images, there were no UKPC signs near the accessible parking bays, which is a breach of the BPA CoP which states that accessible parking signs must be visible and readable from the vehicle when parked.

I married my cousin. I had to...
    I don't have a sister. :D
    All my screwdrivers are cordless.

No.  it will cost you nothing. Zilch. Nada.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
