Premium Bonds - Major Error - Worth Checking - NS&I

Hi - We found my partners old Premium Bonds, we entered her "Holders Number" and was surprised that she had an unclaimed prize of £100!! She has since changed name and address that were registered, which is why the prize was never received.
I then entered my "Holders Number" and was surprised I had an unclaimed prize of £25 from 2017!!
I then logged into my NS&I account yesterday with the same "Holders Number" and it stated that I had no prizes to claim!!
This is a serious error on behalf of NS&I, how many accounts are showing no prizes but when you actually carry out a "Prize Checker" with your "Holders Number" it shows you have an unclaimed prize!!!! There could be £1,000,000's out there unclaimed which NS&I are earning interest on!!
I would have never carried out a "Prize Checker" if I hadn't found the old premium bonds, why would you, I foolishly believed my account when it showed, "No Prizes"!!
Worth a check and good luck all!!

I always use their prize checker with just my bond holding number, saves logging into their antiquated website.0

Has it been confirmed which is giving the wrong result, the website or the app?
Does the website also show no prizes for your partner ?
If you mis-typed your holders number into the app would it show someone else's result ?

The "prize checker" was the correct one.
I never checked my partners account to see if the £100 was in there as she had only just registered and it wasn't live!
They said they would escalate the issue!!0 -
Jeez, yes that is bad. I suppose having £80+ million of unclaimed prizes is not a problem they mind having though.0
