UKPC Parking charge - No signs except for one at the end of the car park

I received an NTK through the post for parking in a private car park without a permit. Now I am usually careful with these kinds of things as I would rather just avoid the headache that comes with them. However, I feel this one was very harsh as I did not see any signs (and I did look out for them). It was only when I checked the images uploaded on the system that I learned that there was a sign on the other side. I likely missed it because there was a car parked in front of it that blocked the view.

I am a bit unsure what to do. I would like to appeal on the basis I mentioned above but I have contradicting information from multiple sources which has me confused. One says that I should not admit that I am the driver, another says I should just ignore it as it is private land, and another says UKPC tends to take you to court. I also feel like they won't take my appeal seriously (they want their money at the end of the day).

I had a look through the NEWBIE thread but I am still unsure. If anyone could advise me please, I would be grateful.

    Hello and welcome.

It really isn't possible to agree to terms on a sign when that sign states in big bold letters...
How can one possibly agree terms when they are unauthorised?

How many photos did they take and how many minutes/seconds between the first & last?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

8 pictures in total. All in the space of 90 seconds in total.

90 seconds is not even long enough to have read the sign and decided to leave, let alone gone and quickly found out from the premises how to obtain 'authorisation'!

You'll know how to appeal anyway from reading NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST.  Then you should win at POPLA due to lack of signage and no consideration period.
