Euro Parking Service: similar case on just receive Fore court claim only

I just received the Fore court claim yesterday. I made sure I didn't receive any NTK before and my V5C was correct.
After I read the NEWBIES thread. Could I ask if it's correct what I should do going forward? 

1. Send the first appeal to Euro Parking Service as the "keeper" by email.

2. Send the reply to LBC to Gladstone solicitors by email.

Oh please tell them what you want in your words that is ridiculous, do you always address intransigent nasty greedy scammers, bullies and chancers with terms like: "I hope this email finds you well", "I kindly request an explanation" etc etc, they will laugh and put that letter in the push over file!
