I just received the Fore court claim yesterday. I made sure I didn't receive any NTK before and my V5C was correct.
After I read the NEWBIES thread. Could I ask if it's correct what I should do going forward?
1. Send the first appeal to Euro Parking Service as the "keeper" by email.
2. Send the reply to LBC to Gladstone solicitors by email.

No you are too late to appeal, and Gladstones aren't involved yet.
Ignore this letter or respond by asking why one PCN ref is £200!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Ignore this letter or respond by asking why one PCN ref is £200!I appreciate your patience in replying.I have no idea what it’s the stage am i right now
if i respond like as below to send a email to asking for what it’s included in the £200 charge on the PCN it’s ok?
Subject: Inquiry Regarding PCN 946655Dear Euro Parking Services,I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to inquire about the Parking Charge Notice (PCN) with reference number 946655. Recently, I received a letter from Euro Parking Services titled "Fore Court Claim," but unfortunately, I did not receive any prior information regarding the charges associated with this PCN.As the registered keeper of the vehicle, I am obligated to understand the nature of the charge and the breakdown of costs included in this PCN, specifically the amount of £200. Therefore, I kindly request an explanation regarding the details of the charge, including a breakdown of the costs involved.I would greatly appreciate your prompt response and clarification on this matter. It is important for me to understand the basis for the charge in order to address it appropriately. I understand that errors or misunderstandings can occur, and I am open to resolving this matter amicably if there is any misunderstanding or if further information is required.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to receiving your response soon.Yours sincerely,[Name][Contact Information]0 -

Oh please tell them what you want in your words that is ridiculous, do you always address intransigent nasty greedy scammers, bullies and chancers with terms like: "I hope this email finds you well", "I kindly request an explanation" etc etc, they will laugh and put that letter in the push over file!
