You complain that 'THERE WASN’T ANY PAPERWORK WITH THE PARCELS'
This is probably because in their Returns Information they say 'We've gone paperless! You'll no longer receive a delivery note in your parcel.'
It is risky to post stuff to a random address you find on the Internet. Many years ago Debenhams announced they were closing their warehouse in Lodge Way Northampton. Google says it has been permanently closed for at least five years. It was a huge warehouse used by the previous owners of the Debenhams name to stock goods for their stores. Celine bought the name (but none of the remaining stores or warehouses) two years ago.0 -
OP if you were cancelling your contract you should return as per:
https://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2013/3134/regulation/35(3) The address to which goods must be sent under paragraph (2)(a) is—
(a)any address specified by the trader for sending the goods back;
(b)if no address is specified for that purpose, any address specified by the trader for the consumer to contact the trader;
(c)if no address is specified for either of those purposes, any place of business of the trader.
At the very least they do have an address on the T&Cs page:
https://www.debenhams.com/pages/informational/terms-and-conditions
which is better than an address found on Google.
Does the tracking show the parcel was delivered?

I ordered 2 items from Debenhams last week. They’ve written to advise the items are out of stock and a refund will be issued., fair enough. Their latest email advises that they have ‘Processed my Return’ and a £1.99 fee will be deducted!How can they possibly do this. If the item was out of stock and never received.. how could it possibly be returned? They have cancelled the contract we had as they didn’t have the goods. They can’t then deduct fees…
I think I’m done with Debenhams now as you can’t just be ignoring customers Statutory Rights!0
