Hi everyone
It's been wet, wild and windy here today and very cold. I wrote a post earlier while waiting for the engineer to come to do my smart meter - the 4th attempt to get it done...he arrived and switched everything off so my post vanished. He worked for about an hour and a half and then came in and said 'the good news is I've fitted your smart meter...the bad news is it doesn't work.' Apparently it's not picking up a signal.
Went to work where we made gingerbread men and little star biscuits - not really gingerbread, I just added some ginger to the biscuit recipe and they turned out well. I've promised little one she can make some at the weekend.
Coxy was it you mentioned Love Actually? My eldest DD loves it and we watch it every Christmas, often on Christmas night if there's nothing else on...she practically knows the words. That and The Holiday.
Right I'm going to wash up and put my pyjamas on. I made very nice pasta with chicken and broccoli - I made far too much so it'll be a nice easy tea tomorrow. Hope everyone had a good day x
