How will my travel to hospital be refunded? I sent the form to the pension office, as instructed on the form HC5T

It's been quite a few years since I did one, but what happened then was it went off to the DWP (as instructed), DWP validate then send onto the Hospital, Hospital sent me a cheque by post.
