How to stop MDF sag?

I made some square frames out of 2x1 box section steel bolted to the sides. Zero sag.Probably no an option if you don't have access to a welder though. Also used a strip of timber (1.5"x¾" on front & back, but it sagged over time).Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –
