Please can you help as young lady is having issues re the above phone with the app in question as shee say she can use it can any one help as phone over 1 year plus ?

she can not make calls or rec calls or send im she has  uninstall an re-install still same issue

I'm going to assume English is not your first language 

It helps if you give as much information as possible in your opening post rather than "WhatsApp not working - help"

What does it say when she tries to make a call?

This is probably a permission issue with the mic etc so has she checked that WhatsApp has permission to access the parts of the phone to make a call I.e the mic, camera etc?
