Please feel free to edit your post to make it more readable.
Just a guess... but is this anything to do with the thread you started early in November?1 -

All I feel I can say is that the signs weren't clear and one of the signs had its lighting off and it was night time. I'm not sure how to contest this, any help gratefully received.Have they just evidenced office master copies of signage, when PPC's use ANPR they never have photos taken on the day, they just spout the usual signs are plentiful and comply with BPA COP this is rarely the case? They need dated photo evidence to prove they are showing signage present at the time of the incident. You should also counter their evidence with photos of the signage in the same lighting conditions as the incident. Then ignore if POPLA find in their favour.1

Yes - IGNORE the £170 threatograms.
Then if you get a court claim from DCB Legal, you read the second post of the NEWBIES thread, use the Template Defence and within about 6 months DCB will give up and you'll earn a t-shirt here:

I've just read the newbies posts about what to do if they start with their lbc letters etc... Sorry to sound really negative but seems like a lot of stuff to do in order to defend it, and if they proceed, one has to then appear in court to defend the case - I'm sure they are very experienced in how to win it sounds very complicated.
The last time I ignored one of these fines I also ignored the lbc and a judgement was made in my absence and I then had to pay £250.
Im a bit nervous about what to do next... Pls can you advise?0 -
Wait: you read the advice and concluded you'd have to go to a hearing oven though I told you (and proved it) that there will be no hearing? That was the thread to read and smile at!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
