Amazon potential theft and dispute

On 21st November, an Amazon delivery driver handed over a parcel that had been opened and the contents were missing. Amazon have apparently investigated this and won’t give me a refund. It was an iPhone 14 worth £649
I have a picture of the ripped open parcel, the drivers details and Ring Video footage of the driver being challenged. Even with this they won’t refund me.

I have been advised by the CAB to officially complain but I’m struggling with how to do this. The complaints@ email does not work. The managingdirector@ email puts me back to customer services. Even jeff@amazon.com does the same.
How do I start the process?

Go through the live chat, rather than trying various emails. It's all very straightforward.0

That is horrible. You would think that the amount of evidence you have would be enough.
