Hi all.
I am 55.
I am more than likely about to be made redundant.
I first worked at the company at one site with no contract for 1yeary 8 month.
I then moved to another site (same company) with a contract of 22 hours per week, i have currently done 1 year 42 weeks.
Despite a 22 hour contract i have been working 40 hours per week for about 8 month.
How much do i get? if any at all, which i am guessing is none.
Cheers.

You’ll normally be entitled to statutory redundancy pay if you’re an employee and you’ve been working for your current employer for 2 years or more.
You’ll get:
- half a week’s pay for each full year you were under 22
- one week’s pay for each full year you were 22 or older, but under 41
- one and half week’s pay for each full year you were 41 or older
Weekly pay is currently capped at £643 and is calculated at an average of your weekly pay for the previous 12 weeks. It doesn't matter which site you worked at your entitlement will be based on three years."You've been reading SOS when it's just your clock reading 5:05 "0
