Hi
I am very wary now about giving my personal details in competitions. Most want your name, address & phone number, email, etc. Anyone else worried about this?
Thanks

If you’re careful which ones you enter, it’s not a problem. I’ve not had any spam phone calls. I have an email address that I use just for competitions. I did make up a fake date of birth but that backfired slightly when one when I wanted to see confirmation of my ID and I had to make up an excuse about fat finger syndrome.
People are post competition on here they were very careful about checking them. And there’s not much people can do with just a name and address which, for many people is on the electoral register anyway. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.1 -
