To enter - just add your name and email address.  You will get an email notification letting you know you have joined (check your junk if you don't see the email).  There is nothing more you need to do!  One entry per email address.

Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

The competition is open to all individuals aged 18 and above.

Employees, agents, and representatives of Frangipani and participating brands, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter:

Participants can enter the competition by the shortstack link provided.

Multiple entries from the same individual are allowed.

Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent will be disqualified.

3. Data Sharing Agreement:

By participating in the competition, entrants agree to the sharing of their data with Frangipani and the other participating brands.

The data collected may include, but is not limited to, personal information such as name, email address, and other relevant details.

Frangipani and all other participating brands agree to use the data only for the purposes of the competition and any related marketing activities such as mailouts etc.

4. Privacy and Data Protection:

Frangipani and all other participating brands will handle all personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Data will not be shared with third parties outside of the competition without the explicit consent of the participants.

5. Prize(s):

The winner will be selected at random.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

6. Winner Notification:

Winners will be notified via email within a day of the draw.

If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 24hrs, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Publicity:

Winners may be required to participate in publicity activities related to the competition.

Frangipani and all other participating brands may use the names and images of winners for promotional purposes.

8. Changes and Termination:

Frangipani and all other brands  reserves the right to amend or terminate the competition at any time without notice.

In the event of termination, Frangipnai and all other brands are not obligated to award any prize.

9. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and are in line with the GDPR laws.
