EVRI return from ebay

Hi all,
I had a product delivered from eBay, very late, told supplier I didn't want it and they delivered anyway.
The sent me a return label, i returned to PO and 16 days later EVRI ha e no idea where it is
Therefore no refund, until found.
Thoughts.…?
