I think that after clicking on a few random webpages it will appear anywhere. I don't think it appears on a fixed page so it is not the same for each person. After trying about 5 pages with no luck I opened an entire section at once and it appeared on all the pages below. Click on the pudding to open the entry form.

Not sure if this will help anyone else but it wasn't working for me until I opened it in incognito mode and then I got a popup

Just not working for me, allowed pop ups, opened in private window and still nothing.  Will try again tomorrow!

Absolutely no success on iPad, but worked in Chrome - on the accommodation page for me.

Ok, so on my Android phone running in Chrome I had no success until I made sure I accepted ALL COOKIES and even then still didn't start finding the puds until I started using my phones 'back' button and then started getting puds every 5 or 6 pages
