Never used card other than that and bt rate due to end.
Was about to bt elsewhere but cannot locate card.
Called to get new card to get the number to transfer- was told card expired and wont be replaced.
How can i now bt elsewhere as i cant get the card no from them?

No number on your bills? Or online? I don't know why they wouldn't be willing to give you transfer details. How have you been paying - would the details be on the paying bank account?I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe and Old Style Money Saving boards. On the app it doesnt show the card. Yeah maybe it does show on statement - weirdly hadnt thought of that! Will check.
Paid min payments since opening so presume they either arent making money or its a risk0 -
The app does show your number - sort of!
Download a pdf of any recent statement - under your name and address is a picture of your card complete with the full 16 digit number.
Well it shows for me but my card has not expired - try it.1 -
Failing the above.
Just ring & report your card as lost. They will replace with new one.
Don't mention transferring debt.... Not something they need to know. 👍Life in the slow lane0 -

OK, just tell them that you want to make a payment to the CC by a bank transfer:To make an electronic payment you will need to use sort code [Removed by Forum Team] and quote your 16 digit Virgin Credit Card Number as the payment reference.
I don't see how they can refuse to give you the CC number. If they do, raise a complaint.

If you have the documents from when you opened the account, the details you need may well be there.0
