unhelpful Argos

Options
Bought a challenger dehumidifier from Argos 1 week after the expiry of the guarantee the appliance stopped working.Argos tech service could not supply contact details of the manufacturer
and said they could not do anything to help me .Same from the customer service did not want to give any help what so ever.
Expensive mistake buying from Argos as they have washed there hands of any responsibility to help me in any way.
Customer service dont make me laugh

    Don't you have all the manufacturers information on the booklet which comes with the dehumidifier?

    To all intents Argos are the manufacturer and that will be the contact in the booklet, they are own brand products built for them in various far east and Turkish factories.  There is no product support outside of Argos.
